Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws without notice.
Free Plan: Our 5GB free plan is available at no cost and does not expire.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. We may attempt to charge your payment method multiple times.
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or extended inactivity. We will provide notice where possible.
Data After Termination: Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
